Considering the different possibilities of accessing the emmahouse.hr internet store, and the use of different resolutions and operating systems, we cannot guarantee the identity of the colors of our products with the colors as they are presented on the devices of users - buyers.

4. ORDERING OR PURCHASE PROCEDURE

Only customers from the Republic of Croatia can shop on the emmahouse.hr website.

This electronic notification is not a confirmation that the product is in stock and that the shipment of the product has begun. The order will be confirmed no later than 2 working days from the day the order was sent, via a new email notification about the order confirmation.

in the event that the ordered item is not in stock or the order cannot be completed due to other reasons, the user will be notified via e-mail.

all purchase contracts are stored in Memphis d.o.o.

in accordance with Art. 72 of the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract.

Orders received and confirmed are irrevocable.

if the website emmahouse.hr, Memphis d.o.o. is misused. can cancel the order.

when ordering the goods, the customer confirms that he was familiar with the general conditions and that he was especially warned about the general conditions.

5. CANCELLATION OF PURCHASE, RETURN OF GOODS AND COMPLAINTS

the customer has the right within 14 days in accordance with Art. 72 of the Act on Consumer Protection to cancel the purchase. The period of 14 days begins on the day of collection of the ordered goods

if the purchase is canceled, the buyer sends a written notification to the email: info@emmahouse.hr, with the indication "purchase cancellation" in the subject

in the notification about canceling the purchase, state the reasons for canceling the purchase - unequivocally, and fully state your name, surname and date of order.

6. RETURN OF PRODUCTS

if the product is personalized, made to order, it cannot be changed

if the buyer has taken possession of the goods and cancels the purchase, he must return the taken goods to the company within 7 days, with advance written notice from 5.b)

refund in the amount of returned products, the company must return to the customer's bank account no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.

when returning the products, they must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. Attach a copy of the original invoice to the returned product - mandatory.

the cost of returning the goods is fully covered by the buyer. The returned product will not be picked up unless the postage has been paid

7. SHIPMENT COMPLAINTS

Memphis d.o.o. takes responsibility for all manufacturing defects of products purchased in the emmahouse.hr online store. If the buyer has a complaint in accordance with Art. 10 of the Law on Consumer Protection, please inform us at the e-mail address: info@emmahouse.hr with an indication in the subject "objection on consumer protection"

b) in the error notification, the buyer must explain in detail - describe the error and allow the seller to consider the error.

in the event of a complaint, we would ask that the customer return the goods with a copy of the original invoice to the address specified in 6.e) within 14 days from the day of collection.

upon receipt of written notification and goods, Memphis d.o.o. will provide a written response to the resolution of the complaint within 10 working days.

Complaints sent by parcel distribution must be properly packed in cardboard packaging.

All complaints that are packed inappropriately and that have visible mechanical damage during transport will not be accepted but will be returned to the sender.

The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer.

8. PRICES

When purchasing, the prices at the time of the order apply. All prices are expressed in kuna with VAT included. The prices are valid until the publication of the new price list in the online store emmahouse.hr

the duration of certain actions - reductions in the online store are time-limited, which was announced at the time of the action-discounts on the emmahouse.hr website

when displaying price reductions (expressed as percentages) on invoices, there may be a minimal deviation from that stated in the e-shop, which is a consequence of rounding off retail prices after the reduction.

9. METHOD OF PAYMENT IN THE INTERNET SHOP

cash on delivery payment - postage is paid by the customer in cash to the clerk when picking up the goods.

  10. PACKAGING AND DELIVERY

  delivery is made via Croatian Post at a price of HRK 40.00 per order (does not apply to mattresses and carpets).

  when paying by cash on delivery, an additional HRK 5.00 is charged

  Free home delivery depends on the purchase amount. Anything over HRK 1,000.00 is not charged.

  Deliveries are made by Croatian Post. If the recipient is not at the specified delivery address at the time of delivery, he will receive a notification to pick up the package at the nearest post office

  If you choose delivery to the main warehouse, we will send you an email when your order is ready (collect your order within 15 days). It is necessary to show the order number and the identification document of the person picking up the package

  Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are processed the next business day.

  When placing an order, make sure that all information about the delivery address is correct.

  If orders cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or are delivered to the wrong address, Emma House will not cover re-delivery costs.

  Emma House is focused on providing outstanding customer service. We endeavor to ensure that all products listed on our website are in stock and that prices are true and correct. In the event that the ordered item is not available or we are unable to deliver it, we will contact you within two working days to find an alternative solution or refund the money in full.

  Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless they are due to an error in the product during the manufacturing process
